Also upload for 23.11 and backport to the old website #91

@garbas asked me if I could upload 23.11 AMIs and as a one-off put those in https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/blob/master/nixos/modules/virtualisation/amazon-ec2-amis.nix
so that they show up on the current website

For 24.05 we can use https://nixos.github.io/amis or equivalent
