Ignore node internals

Hi,

I would like to use the custom variable indium-debugger-blackbox-regexps to exclude all node internal source files. VSCode has a nice option to just exclude <node_internals>, is there something similar for Indium? If not, can you give some example regexp?

Unfortunately this feature was lost with the 2.0 release of Indium. I'll work on a replacement though.
