I have a question about an expiring authority and is replacement:
I have an authority that will expire in a few months (let's call it 'CA ONE') and I'm going to switch to a new one ('CA TWO').
But how can the certificates attached to the 'CA ONE' be automatically renewed near expiration on the 'CA TWO'?

I did not find any notion of authority replacement in lemur.

My plan is as follows:

  • create the new 'CA TWO' in lemur
  • update of the 'CA ONE' parameters to use the same issuer plugin as the 'CA TWO'

Is this the right approach or did I miss something?

(I use Lemur 1.1.0)

Thanks in advance.
