Site does not render properly

Hello there,

I am installing Lemur on RHEL8. The build succeeds. I have successfully initiated lemur, I see that the postgres database has been configured.
The service starts up fine and I see that is listening on port 8000.

However, the site does not render properly. All text and no graphics (see attachment).

Not sure on how to proceed from here.

I forgot to mention that I already looked at
#691

I am not running lemur as root. Also rebuilding Gulp with the parameter {processImport: false} did not work for me.
