OAUTH2 login just responds with "redirecting" #4024

I wanted to setup logging in with OIDC but I am stuck with the issue that after a successful login (which opens a new window) I just get "redirecting..." back in that window. Looking in the code, it is indeed configured to just give that back. Can you guys help me?
