Please check all the .MD files that have correct h1, h2, h3

This one, for instance, goes from h1 to h3

Changelog is automatically generated from commits (using https://www.npmjs.com/package/@semantic-release/changelog),
HTML title depends on type of the release (Bugfix h3, Minor h2, Major h1).
