Slider Component

User story:
As a user I want to be able to add a Slider to display content

AC:

• The slider has a background title and content
• Background is defined as a solid background/empty/image
• Title colour Size and content is configurable
• Colour scheme is decided by the Accessibility colour recommendation
• Each slide has navigational arrow buttons
• Navigational bullets appear at the bottom
• Keyboard navigation is enabled
• When reaching the last slide the next slide is the first
• If the table is empty the component is not rendered
• Maximum number of slides
• No border
• Width of component is set by the largest content slider
• To comply with the(Accessibility colour recommendation) an image can be added as a background but no text can be added in that slide
• The length of the slider background is decided by the size of the window 
• The content is aligned with the page grid
