Add necessary data layer element to track search results/terms, results pages

Tracking the search term is easy because it is even a parameter in the search results page url. Look AEP here: https://www.netcentric.biz/search?terms=AEP

Tracking search results and results pages it is not clear the meaning to me. We have tracked search results (content and order) in the past to feed an ML algorithm that we then use to "sort" search results differently in future searches. However, I don't think you mean this.

Do you mean just tracking the navigation (clicks) of the user without providing the functionality that I explained before?
