编译H5时，只能通过ip访问，为什么localhost访问？

最近项目中遇到H5一个问题，我们有一个sso后端登录，服务器端返回地址时做了限制只能是特定的域名和localhost，但是taro3编译默认启动的是本机ip（例如：192.168.1.x），结果就导致无法登录。
于是我跟踪了一下代码，发现在node_modules/@tarojs/webpack5-runner/dist/index.h5.js中有这样一段代码

将默认的0.0.0.0 修改成了具体IP，从而导致localhost无法访问，
我想问问，Taro特意这么修改的目的是什么？
