[Feat]: Resizable sub-menu windows

Describe your use-case.

In the tools tab there's dataset tools, convert model tools, sampling tools, profiling tools. On a small monitor the Dataset tool window is off the screen and resizing is disabled.

What would you like to see as a solution?

It would be great to be able to resize the windows.
