看了下近期的16.2.1和16.2.1b0都未成功发布到pypi库

因为BILIBILI_API_VERSION未修改导致打包版本号依旧是16.2.0从而上传失败

不是的，是因为pypi改了上传包的方式，以前是用username+password来验证是不是库所有者，从而允不允许上传。现在改成了token认证方式，需要仓库主人修改认证方式才能提交。

这样的吗，看actions日志提示 File already exists.看来是我妄断了。
不过版本号是不是也要修改下？
