It would be a nice enhancement to have our own NHSbuntu icon theme, perhaps based on some of the very nice Linux Mint ones, but colour-tweaked to match the blue NHSbuntu theme we've chosen.

a fork of the Limux Mint blue icon theme would do nicely:
