【优化】nei-toolkit工具mock在线接口时，使用持久化数据接口 #135

使用nei-toolkit工具mock在线接口时（server.config.js配置文件，online设置为true），使用的是非持久化的接口（https://nei.netease.com/api/mockdata?...），代码位置如下：

希望能改对这点进行优化，使用持久化接口🙏🙏
