问题描述

旧版本 - 手动Build于 4月14的 Commit 15d7634

35862683a72ad151885fe451f688b600

当前最新版 Commit d53033f

bbf6aadbc1dbd1e8fe37c413e1ac306e

复现

使用旧版，连上LLOneBot后直接给好友发信息 -> 成功 （Build 2024-04-14）
使用新版，连上LLOneBot后给直接好友发信息 -> 提示找不到好友 -> 主动发送一次信息给Bot -> 再次Bot再次尝试发送 -> 成功
