qq频道使用qq官方适配器的时候，不知道是不是因为权限组和qq自己的对不上，导致不想赢添加订阅和后台管理两个命令，查询订阅的命令是响应的

非ob11适配器的话，只有superusers里的id可以修改订阅，而且这个id必须和适配器提供的id对应
