all the compilation documentation are wrong.. liblxqt and qt5dg are mandatory, also menucache are mandatory, thats dependences were not mentioned in original readme, so was a reason why many peopple does'n insteres in the project, bad documented

  • fix documents in main repository docs directory at mlde.d.moonlightde
    • update and document the compilation and install of the staled mlde.l.cppmicroservices
    • update and dodument the compilation and install of the staled mlde.l.liblxqt
    • update and document the compilations and install of the staled mlde.w.eggwm

* close #42 now all the submodules were updates and property documented
* also update documentation about build and install as #47
* remove older version of the Qt5Xdg, the project can build with newer version
* stilpending ajust to the camke system to able to build with qt5xdg
* update liblxqt to lxqt/liblxqt@2d13fe1 and then updates to  lxqt/liblxqt@079768e
* set code base from lxqt/liblxqt@fd3dee1
* patches to able up to date with recent version of cmake and qt5 and qt5xdg
* updates build instructions as need in #40
