Hubhop potentiometer tool does not allow negative sign to be entered first

Many events have negative values, especially throttle control.
The potentiometer tool will not allow the user to enter the negative sign first in a number field.
Workaround is to enter the number and then move back to the beginning of the field to enter the negative sign.
