I tried basic troubleshooting first

Describe the bug

The removed mod will still be displayed and will be fixed after restarting manymc.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Mods'
Remove a mod
Still Displayed

Please switch over to Prism Launcher, this issue has been fixed there. More info in README.
