Your reference is advertising a policy which is not available: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/microsoft-edge-mobile-policies#authandroidnegotiateaccounttype

This policy allows for kerberos authenticators such as Hypergate, to provide IWA in an Android managed setup. Many large enterprises rely on this.
