Provide underlying ONTAP version in release notes

It can be usefui to know the current ONTAP version supported by an Azure NetApp Files release. I'd love to know what it currently is, for example. I'd like to use NetApp Files for Kafka, but I want to know that ONTAP is at a version that has NetApp's patch for the NFS "silly rename" issue that can break Kafka topic rebalance.

As per this article the current ONTAP version supported by an Azure NetApp Files is 9.14.1.
