Create a cross platform (Windows, Linux, MacOS, RPI, ...) app that would handle the initial (over serial) firmware flashing and updating (after initial upload) using OTA without needing to install the Arduino IDE. Also have downloading and uploading spiffs.bin files for backup and sharing ...
