Commas are not escaped in CSV output #1976

Both field names and field values can have commas that will break CSV parsing. Usually such fields are enclosed in double quotes.

(I noticed that csv is not often advertised as an output format in mediainfo but it would still be nice to have as a simple machine-readable format)
