Configure the remaining SDKs and include as part of the release deployment. All the sdks are successful via install_sdks. Trying to adopt the layout from the other Materialize Pulumi providers but this will probably need to a second set of eyes to confirm.

Commenting out till we add the NUGET_PUBLISH_KEY secret
