urllib2.URLError

Had to reopen this issue did you find a solution I'm searching and don't understand Sn0wl3r0ker comment completely any who --- have this problem or error went ahead and installed the following modules
pip install requests
pip install urllib3 or upgraded version on both the client & builder (Kali/Server) & still NO luck! not sure what im doing wrong--- here is the file

soo---- followed the thread that was solved involving this issue by opening file /usr/bin/python xxxLauncher.py however still get issue urllib2.URLError
