Did you test the latest bugfix-2.1.x code?

Yes, and the problem still exists.

Bug Description

As comment in config says X, Y, and Z homing will always be done in spreadCycle mode. But this mode is on until second move after Z probing completed, producing gross sound. It means that move from end bump to center and probably one more is done in spreadCycle.
