CSLA version 5.2.0 prerelease 20042901

I'm pleased to announce the latest preview of CSLA version 5.2.0. I think we're narrowing down to a final release when Blazor WebAssembly is released in May.

Please take some time and test this version, I don't expect much change before release

This new preview has a number of bug fixes in general and feature changes for Blazor.
