## R Markdown
This is an R Markdown document. Markdown is a simple formatting syntax for authoring HTML, PDF, and MS Word documents. For more details on using R Markdown see <http://rmarkdown.rstudio.com>.
When you click the **Knit** button a document will be generated that includes both content as well as the output of any embedded R code chunks within the document. You can embed an R code chunk like this:
```{r cars}
data = readr::read_csv("./indir/Traits/CrownTraits.csv")
trait_nms = colnames(data)[c(6,9,10)]
build_model(nrmlz = T, trait = trait_nms)
```
## Including Plots
You can also embed plots, for example:
```{r pressure, echo=FALSE}
#batchtools
library(batchtools)
reg = makeRegistry(file.dir = NA, seed = 1987)
source("./R/build_model.R")
source("./R/get_random_bags.R")
source("./R/clean_permutations.R")
source("./R/cut_set.R")
source("./R/pls_glm_predict.R")
source("./R/pls_glm.R")
clean_permutations()
# define the jobs to be done
batchMap(fun = build_model(loop=n, nrmlz = T, trait = trait_nms), n = 1:2)
```
Note that the `echo = FALSE` parameter was added to the code chunk to prevent printing of the R code that generated the plot.
