Describe the bug

When you hover over an expander the arrow becomes gray, which makes it almost impossible to see the arrow.

Steps to reproduce

Hover over Expander with mouse.

Expected behavior

The arrow is still clearly visible on mouseover.

Actual behavior

The arrow is not really visible.

Environment

MahApps.Metro version: v2.4.9
