Actual behavior

I've noticed that the validator_name element in the Lisk Desktop interface currently has a margin-bottom of 10px. I propose adjusting this margin to 0px. I believe that adjusting the margin-bottom to 0px will improve the overall visual appearance of the interface. This minor change can make the layout look more compact and streamlined, enhancing user experience.

@ManuGowda according to the actual design proposal, it's suppose to be 8px margin between the name of account and wallet address and avatar size should be 40px. Screenshot added below.

I suggest we follow design proposal as the current app is not.
