Faces: "hover" the name bar of the current person when scrolling on the

I have a lot of photos and a lot of faces in those photos. When I am scrolling through the "Faces" tabs, there is often delay in loading the thumbnails. It would be useful to hover the Person Bar (I'm thinking the existing separator with the name and action buttons) while scrolling so I can navigate to the right part of the page without having to wait for the thumbnails to load.
