Docker file to mount TZ from the machine

Right now the docker file is not mounting the machine's date and time, something like:
- type: bind
source: /etc/localtime
target: /etc/localtime
read_only: true

This is the new convention of docker file, it would be nice if the docker file in the git example would also be in the new convention. It's easy to convert user docker compose convert.
