I don't know C#, but it looks like the framework is already there to provide this. Not sure how to convert something like HardwareType.GpuNvidia into a string "GpuNvidia" in C#, so the pseudo code below makes something up, but something like that would be enough for me and I think provide a great deal of value to people calling /data.json if (n is SensorNode sensorNode) |

It would make the json data much more handy if there was a field at the top level of a device that listed the type of device, ie., "memory","gpu","cpu" ... etc.
As it is, the only way to know is to dive into the device structure and search around for text field contents like "GPU Package", which is semi silly. I want to add a librehardwaremonitor module for my soon to be available open source project that provides centralized cryptocurrecy mining information across a farm and being able to grab CPU and GPU info reliably regardless of miner being used would be fantastic. Parsing the json as is almost feels like web scraping ... with structured data.
