Lib not reporting CPU Temperatures (but the UI is)

Trying to use the Library for a project, but all CPU Temperatures return blank :

But are perfectly fine in the UI :

CPU is a Intel 17-12700KF (if this is relevant). My test app is basically running the test code from the GitHub page, but outputting all sensors to a DataGridView. It's not a DataGridView display issue, inspecting the ISensor variables does indeed show the value, mix and max properties as null.

Can anyone help? Thanks!

Going to leave the answer here : Needed to run as administrator to get the values !
