I have looked everywhere and can't find this on my mac. What am I missing?

Hi @benrwoodard!

I'm really sorry for not responding earlier, I completely lost track of this issue somehow and found it again today. I guess you don't need the answer anymore but just in case anybody stumbles upon your question:

The logic of Screaming Frog CLI on Mac is different - you don't need the path to the SF directory with special CLI executable. It works simply by running the "classic" app in the terminal - see the screenshot below (source).

I'm 99% sure it used to work differently because I've tested it on Mac and it worked. Still, there were many updates so it probably got broken at some point. The current version would require a fix for Mac only to work properly.
