Audio source fallback to default may be too aggressive #949

I think we need to revisit fall back to default audio device is audio source is not matched due to string clipping.

Some users have to reselect their audio source each time they restart ledfx, and I suspect it is due to this.

I suspect I can reproduce on my notebook, will scratch there next time I get a chance
