[FEATURE] Different UI for recents actions

Describe the feature

Sort of chips for the actions buttons in recents instead of blank text.

Why would it be useful to add?

The text is really hard or impossible to read half the time with darker wallpapers or text behind the buttons if you change the recents opacity to anything less than the default 40%. Also the alternative looks much much cleaner.

Here is an example (first one is the default 40% opacity, second one is zero, third has a light wallpaper and zero opacity, but text behind the buttons.):

This screenshot is from crDroid, a custom ROM with custom recents. I personally think the design of the recents actions buttons is much better like that than just plain text.
