Theano in setup.py

May I know you commented the theano as the Install requirement in setup.py

Because in setup.py it is not possible to reference a git commit, only a version string, which was too coarse at the time we released Lasagne 0.1 (and also for most of the time afterwards). We use the requirements.txt file to record the requirements instead, see the installation guide: http://lasagne.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user/installation.html#stable-lasagne-release

We may reconsider this for the next release which will depend on a released Theano version, thanks for the heads up!
