Just wondering: Do you want to keep that as-is?
Is the assumption correct, that cc386 is now ocl?

I'd offer a PR to clean this up a bit, mainly:

  • delete MK-CL386.bat, 1.bat, mkwin.bat
  • rename CL386.txt to README.md and reference this from doc/Tools.md
  • adjust the format and some of the content

This is really a wrapper around occ.... it would call the compiler, assembler, linker, etc as needed. It did come from CC386.... and its primary use would be for DOS/DPMI applications if we were still supporting dos.. so it is a historical part of things. I guess I really ought to commit to pulling the plug on DOS support and remove this as well...
