Displaying "No Tags" seems superfluous #442

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When there are no tags on a link, the page states "No Tags" which seems superfluous.

It takes up space, and does not add anything of use to the content.

Describe the solution you'd like

Don't display anything when there are no tags!
