Drag and drop request is not working properly under collection tab

Expected Behavior

Drag and drop request for collection tab should work

Actual Behavior

Drag and drop request under collection tab for reorganizing are not working on the edge of folder

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to "Collection''
2. Try reorganizing request like this, put the 2nd request above 1st request
   
3. Drag and drop is not possible

Is there an existing issue for this?
