[FR] Make extrusion modifier configurable

Requested feature

Make extrusion modifiers on the fine tuning screen configurable like Z babystep values are.

Is your feature request related to a problem?

We are using KlipperScreen on a custom design pellet printer and with some materials 2 % flow change does nothing, so for bigger changes we need to go to the web UI and modify the flow there.

Describe alternatives you have considered

Changing value via web interface
