趁着500star，先占个坑！

GenshinUID 4.0主要解决的事情

通过独立Core结构、插件单独适配Bot的整体架构，降低整体插件的耦合度，易于维护、适配、支持各个可能的平台。

这么做的好处就是，一个GenshinUID-Core可以链接多个Bot
（包括当前支持的频道适配器、微信适配器，以及未来可能的TG适配器支持&Dc适配器支持）
且一个代码，全平台通用。
