ESLint 已支持全新的配置文件格式，使用更高效方便。并支持使用正则表达式来对特定文件单独制定规则。

由原先的 eslintrc.cjs 更新为 eslint.config.js。

注：由于 eslint-plugin-vue 仍未完全支持新格式，功能似乎会出现异常。等待其完全支持后再继续。
