Hello!

I am using ArchiSteamFarm on CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (Core)

After update get errors:
/lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version GLIBCXX_3.4.20' not found
/lib64/libstdc++.so.6: versionGLIBCXX_3.4.21' not found

Symlink libstdc++.so.6 > libstdc++.so.6.0.19

Return to version V5.4.13.4 it works.

Your OS is obsolete and no longer supported, as per .NET 8 compatibility notes. Upgrade to latest version of your distro, or pick another supported one.

For CentOS it is latest release.

No it's not latest release, CentOS 7 was released for the first time back in 2014, which is 9 years ago. The latest version is CentOS Stream 9 which was released in 2021. Moreover, even if it was the latest release, then it doesn't mean anything as the libraries and other GNU tools it uses are obsolete.

There is no less radical solution. You can try doing some hackery around your OS e.g. installing docker and trying to run ASF inside a docker container, which may workaround your OS issues, but you risk additional issues, not to mention it's not long-term solution and I'm not even sure how long (and if at all) Docker supports your OS. It's time to face reality that your OS is obsolete and move on.

I'm not a big fan of CentOS due to recent RedHat changes around it, maybe you're in the same boat - consider changing distro then, Debian works very well for example, or anything else with glibc 2.23 and newer. ASF supports only platforms supported by .NET, and .NET team doesn't support (and for a very good reason) platforms that are long obsolete.

I encountered the same issue and resolved it by compiling and installing gcc 6.1.0. You might want to give it a try:

wget http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gcc/gcc-6.1.0/gcc-6.1.0.tar.bz2
cd gcc-6.1.0/
./contrib/download_prerequisites
mkdir build
cd build
../configure --enable-checking=release --enable-languages=c,c++ --disable-multilib
make && make install
cp /usr/local/lib64/libstdc++.so.6.0.22 /usr/lib64
cd /usr/lib64
rm -rf libstdc++.so.6
ln -s libstdc++.so.6.0.22 libstdc++.so.6

This solution worked for me. Feel free to give it a shot!
