[Bug] Unexpected token, expected "," (comma) when compiling for Production | Vue2 + Laravel Mix

Current behavior

when compiling for dev, the compiler seems to work great

when compiling for prod, i get the following error (38 times, for different vue components)

SearchResults.vue: (i thought it was the break tags causing an issue so i commented them out, but the issue remains)

seems like adding
"exclude": "VueTemplateBabelCompiler",
to my .babelrc file may have fixed the issue

i'm not 100%, since now the page is having other issues. but the compiler is no longer throwing an error

will see if the other page issues are related...

Could you fork it, and try to reproduce your error?

I wish we could fix this error ASAP.
