feature request - Voice recording of alert information

Many times there is only one person available to issue an alert and they don't have time to input the flight information. The ability to issue a voice recording along with an alert will assist with getting the correct information out to respondents.

The alert issuer needs the ability to push and hold a button to start the recording that will stop once the button is released. The audio file is sent to each node that may be played as many times as needed by pressing a similar button. The recording can also be sent to mobile via text. Voice to text may be used in addition to assist with information; however, the actual recording should be included. There is no need for the recording to go out in the repeating manor that the alert nonfiction currently does.
