error in using the make command on ubuntu 20.04 #261

'm trying to install Charm library in python 3.8, but when I use the make command this error occurs, does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Hi @chaima99, this is due to the following URL

DEFAULT_URL = "http://pypi.python.org/packages/source/d/distribute/"

that uses http rather than https protocol.
