1.18.2/1.20.1 block collision lag

• all dependencies are installed
• all plugins and mods are up to date
• unable to reproduce in Spigot
• unable to reproduce in Forge

Description

On login, randomly, the player will cause an insane amount of block collisions causing the server to hang.

This is isolated to Arclight as this does not happen with Arclight not installed.

This has been happening on every Arclight server I run, doesn't matter the mods or modpacks. I handle a lot of players so these kinds of issues never really crop up for people, this needs resolved.

If I set all players to spectator on login and then swap their gamemode after 10ish seconds back to survival the issue stops. This only occurs on login.
