Calls details error stat for succes call (static agent)=(SIP/EXT) #41

Module call center : Reports calls details

all succes incoming call to queue ==> static agent (sip extension) are showed Abandoned

how can i correct or add this feature using phone extension for reception

with callback agent config ====> dynamic agent ===> agent console login ==> All ok
