Currently Web Bluetooth API (LE) for standard browsers is in early stage of development. I should keep an eye on this API to make it completely independent from anything when completed. This could be a great starting point similarly to node-webkit chrome packaged apps support to create graphical editor as web app.

The beta of LE and Cordova is now depreciated - the BT LE will return with Web Bluetooth.

The web bluetooth is coming to chromium 56 ( now it's in beta ) in February, I should seriously consider it in next involt release

Sadly, Web Bluetooth API doesn't support Windows (as I can see in their documentation).

Adding web bluetooth is also related to changing to web usb #122 but usb is not that important in this case unless I abandon BT 2.0 and get rid of node webkit and cordova. But I'm afraid of efficiency of Bluetooth LE in Involt.
